**The apartment is on the second floor and has 20 steps you need to climb to reach it. You must be comfortable climbing stairs**

You will receive a door code on the day of booking, which will give you access to the street door and the apartment door at the top of the stairs.

**There are no dedicated parking spots as this apartment is on the main street of downtown Delaware**

But, there are plenty of parking options available:

There is a small but free, no time limit parking lot on Spring Street, which is just a few minute walk from the apartment.

There is also free parking from 4pm to 11am on Sandusky Street in front of the apartment.
From 11am to 4pm it is 2 hour parking and you just need to move your car.

There is paid parking around the corner on Spring St and South Franklin St.
It is $0.75 for 3 hours. Parking on Spring and Franklin is free from Friday at 5pm until Monday 8am.
