We paid a little extra and booked the so-called 'Grand Room.' The room had not been prepared for guests. The floor needed to be cleaned and polished; there was no toilet paper; bedsheets needed changing; the bathtub had a jacuzzi function which had clearly not been used for many years and hot was available for limited periods during the day.
