You get the entire 3 bedroom apartment & do not share it with anyone, so it is ideal for families, marriage guests & women. Please note that there is no elevator & the apartment is on 4th floor. This apartment is newly furnished & complete as per the photos, but there is ongoing construction in other units.

This is a cosy apartment with 3 tastefully furnished bed rooms with large double beds and 2 western toilets with showers. The entire apartment is Air-Conditioned to help you beat the heat. It has a large drawing-cum-dining room which works as sitting area as well as meeting area. The living room has TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has High Speed WiFi. We also provide comfortable floor mattresses in case there are more than 6 guests.

The place is extremely private and fitted with all the mod-cons: ACs throughout the apartment, heaters, geysers, TV & cable, refrigerator, High Speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, high pressure showers, R.O. water machine and more!

We have a fully functional kitchen for your use and please do not miss out our home made masala tea, breakfast and meals. We charge nominally for food. Moreover, you have choice of as many as 25 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines!

There is also free parking, both covered and uncovered for your vehicle in the building.

We are conveniently close to our local Sector 4 market of Vaishali which has lively restaurants, bars, pharmacies & convenient Forex shops to exchange currency. The nearest metro is just 5 minutes walking. Our managers Sudhir, Pramod and Ravindra are always on hand to help you navigate the local area, walk you to our local market, help you get taxis or tuk-tuks, take you to a reliable Foreign exchange outlet and help you set yourself up with a local SIM card for your phone - everything you need to get you started on your travel adventure!

The entire apartment is set-up exclusively for our guests. You get the entire 3 bedroom apartment, a parking space for your vehicle, access to all the listed amenities and to top-it-off, our dedicated hospitality.

Being frequent globetrotters ourselves, we understand the importance of quick assistance when it comes to the travel needs of our guests. We are happy to help you with shuttle bookings, metro routes, train or flight tickets, outstation cabs, city tours, foreign exchange or anything else you may require assistance with.

We love meeting new people, and interaction with our guests is something we always look forward to. We give our guests space and privacy, but always stay available and on-hand for any advice, sightseeing tips and general troubleshooting. We are accessible 24/7 if there is an emergency.

We also have multiple caretakers, and a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra, to assist our guests throughout their stay.

We provide daily housekeeping services at the choice of the guest, while respecting their privacy.

We would be happy to accommodate an early check-in/late check-out, provided that we do not have any guests already staying or coming in on the next day. Please inform us beforehand if you need an early check-in or late check-out, so that we can confirm the feasibility of the same.

The apartment is located in a secure neighborhood and is very friendly for families and women. With 2 apartments in the same building in close vicinity to multiple banquet halls, the place is also perfect for large groups of Marriage Guests.

Uber and Ola cabs are easily available to and from the apartment. Popular tourist spots, such as India Gate, Akshardham, Connaught Place, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat etc. are at a distance of just 25-30 minutes by cab or metro. The closest metro station of Vaishali, a 5 minute walk, falls on the Blue-Line of Delhi Metro.

We discourage consumption of alcohol, smoking or playing loud music in the apartment. The place is not available for parties or events where alcohol, loud music or tobacco is present.

The apartment is in a secure, residential neighborhood that is well connected with Vaishali Metro Station (Blue Line) at a walking distance of just 5 minutes. There are plenty of shopping malls and markets in the nearby areas of Vaishali, Indirapuram and Kaushambi. Mahagun Mall in Vaishali is at walking distance of 10 minutes only and there are a lot of restaurants in the nearby areas.

There are multiple stores for buying groceries, vegetables, fruits, toys, stationary or medicines within walking distance of the apartment.

The best way to get to our place from the airport is via pre-paid taxis like Uber, Ola and others.

We're located right on the Blue Line of Delhi Metro, as Vaishali Metro Station is just 5 minutes walking. Apart from that, the Dilshad Garden Metro Station on the Red Line is just 4 KM away. Our apartment is on the main road, where you can easily get tuk-tuks and cabs. We can also connect you to our old, reliable and local taxi service that can pick you up and drop you right to your doorstep.
