Decor is outdated. Service was very slow. We asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed in the morning and by the time we arrived in the evening it wasn’t done. Asked again in the evening nearly 5 times and took 2 hours to receive it after complaining at the front desk after asking over the phone. Also very dangerous pool - the grating that goes around the pool is made of weak plastic - I had just stepped on it to go into the pool and it broke under my foot and cut my foot. The lifeguard at the pool didn’t care and only was more concerned that the grating had been broken and how to fix it. Hazardous! Avoid this hotel!

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, they ensured our stay is comfortable. The property is fairly dated and not in the best condition. There is definitely a stale smell that lingers around. We checked out 2 days early but were told by Expedia that the property would not issue a refund. I am surprised this property meet's Hilton standards. On a positive note the location is pretty central

From the hotel entryway (Deshpal), to the front counter (Natinda), to the Room cleaning (Meena), and the transportation (Bholu Tomar), the complete hotel was very professional, kind, and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. The mall was a bonus, especially for our Adopted Daughter. Meena, truly went the extra mile and made our daughter feel special. The breakfast was first class, and the restaurants in the mall were amazing as well.
