Hard to find location in old Delhi. You cannot walk to hotel with luggage. Broken faucet. No hot water. Too expensive for pretty much no facility. Pictures on website are very deceiving. Sorry to say. Stay away from this place.

Absolutely horrible! Pictures on Expedia are very different to what is reality We moved out after the first night! They have still not processed our refund yet! They harassed us in the beginning to pay upfront when we can pay on the day of check out. Rooms were horrible Bathrooms were disgusting Hotel was poorly maintained Horrible place and recommend not to stay there I want my refund back!

Room nothing like its description on your site, view was of the building site only, dirty plates left on the stairs, poor slow incompetant service, charged for everything, couldn't provide breakfast on leaving because the kitchen would not open before 8:00, cheated the taxi driver out of his fare (one trip to/from airport included according to your paperwork), waiter spilt the beer all over my things not once but on both nights, cigarette burns on furniture/curtains and bedding. I have many photos which I shal load up on Google or Trip Advisor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. Amenities were well maintained and added to the comfort. A great place to stay in Delhi. Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable and very hospitable. The hotel is located in a great area, making travel around Delhi quite easy. The room was neat, comfortable, and cleaned daily. They also provided us airport pick-up without any extra charges. also they watched our luggages for 5 days for free when i was in varanasi. Sometime hot water not coming but in the morning and evening hotel provided.

Cleanliness deserves a special mention — the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job every day. It truly made the stay stress-free and comfortable. Another significant advantage is the location. With major sights, marketplaces, and transportation choices nearby, its central location makes moving around Delhi much easier. The hotel itself seemed serene and cosy despite being in a busy neighbourhood. All things considered, this hotel provides outstanding value with first-rate service, a handy location, decent amenities, and impeccable cleanliness. When I return to Delhi, I will most certainly choose to stay here once more.

The location is very convenient, making it easy to travel around the city. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service and good value for money. The room size was comfortable, and the bed linen was clean, allowing us to rest properly after a long journey. The staff was responsive whenever we requested essentials like towels and toiletries, and they tried to assist us despite the late hour of our arrival. The hotel is located in a busy locality, which may not suit all travelers. However, the staff’s cooperative attitude, timely transport arrangements, and overall value-for-money package stood out positively. The hotel arranged pickup from NDLS railway station and airport drop, and the drivers were punctual, polite, and helpful, which made travelling with senior citizens comfortable.

Superficially clean, superficially friendly. Arrived in the PM and was greeted with “we thought you would be here this AM” which was odd, because after booking they sent an email inquiring as to my flight, which I gave them. My non smoking room reeked and had an ash tray next t the bed. In the AM I requested a non smoking room and was offered a room with no window, half the size which I politely refused. When I asked one staff if there were really no other rooms available I was told “not at that price”. I showed them my booking which also promised a free upgrade “if available” and stated I was not spending six more nights in the smoking room and I would request Expedia to cancel/refund the rest of the week (the smoking room was also not “City View” but I really did not care, but gave me leverage). Ten minutes later they called and said I could have a room that was being vacated, turned out to be the exact room in the photo of my booking. So great, until two days later staff came to my room, “The owner requests that you vacate the room, just for one day, to give to another guest”. I was rather taken aback and replied “Thank you, but I am not leaving”. No further blowback, but the episode was unnerving. I try to be a good guest, and I understand that Expedia takes 10% of a booking, however should not be treated as a second class citizen. Rooms need a deep cleaning, no cockroaches until the last day. My second room OK at $30/day but not more. Rating should be 7.8 not over 9

I thinks this is 3 or 4 year hotel but this is 10/10 on cleanliness, the housekeeping guy is very nice. linen is also clean and fresh. The hotel is situated in New Delhi nearby CP and metro.
