Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Air Conditioner not working

Air conditioner did not work. I requested some cold ice water to beat the heat in the room. It never came. Also requested help with luggage to my room. Did not happen. Finally called to owner of the place. Only after his call my room was switched to a working Air Conditioner. After few hours in the room felt sick. Got to my destination really sick.
