Worst ever experience in a hotel

Worst ever experience in a hotel. Very dirty room. Pile of garbage and dust under the bed. Must have never cleaned. Water tap handles are broken. Bidet shower holder is broken and the bidet shower was lying on the floor. AC was not working. Although the information stated that breakfast is included never got it. Initially, hotel said it will be delivered only at 8am, then told that complementary breakfast is not in my booking.

Horrible, provided room of rs 1300/- where as booking is rs 1500/- plus gst. Purposely they did it. When expedia also tried to connect didn't responded.
