Double room

Hotel set in down town Delhi in need of an upgrade. Had booked a twin room but was given a double room with a promise to move the next day but nothing happened.didnt pursue as already had a poor start to my stay Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms need to be cleaned better and the bathrooms need to be thoroughly deep cleaned. I refused to stay in the first room as it was not clean and was moved to a second room which was not much better During the 4 days I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned which was not acceptable The food was ok but had mice running around which was shocking and when mentioned to the staff they just said food. Was covered and the mice could not get in!! I only had tea and toast for the rest of the stay. On the positive side the staff were very pleasant and wanted to please. The bed was comfortable. With a bit of effort the standard could be improved greatly especially with upgrading the bathrooms and please supply hand towel and paper tissues

Clean, modern hotel near New Delhi Station.

Pros: Restaurant, location, comfy rooms.
Location: Near to New Delhi Station & Metro & 20 minutes walk from Connaught Circle. Also near to Paharganj bazaar- but not too near!
Well run modern hotel. The rooms are clean & comfortable & well appointed. Staff & management helpful & friendly. Restaurant on top floor & an attached cafe next to reception. Buffet breakfast. 20 minutes walk from Connaught Circle.

We suppose to check in morning 02:30 but hotel staff told us we have been arranged in some other hotel for one night just because some guests didn't checked out, so no room available..we were given a cheap and dirty room that night with even no toilet paper availability in that hotel..really disappointed, how can you give our booked room to someone else and make us sleep in some other cheap hotel..
