Stayed in Dorm which was very cleaned, then shifted into private room as per my budget, it was spacious room with comfortable mattress, breakfast I had every in the morning on rooftop restaurant it was amazing so many items were available in buffets, area was good as nearby station and close to city center, staff is so helpful friendly and cooperative thanks front team for all your help, I must recommend this hotel to all who want peace relaxation

Given the area, the hotel is impressively well maintained. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. All the staff are excellent and very welcoming. They are always willing to help and me you feel comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was the best part, they had awesome food and drinks. Service was top notch and we had a great time. I would book again and recommend to my friends. It was an adventure to find the place but it was worth it.

The hotel is very good, comfortable rooms with AC, the service is great, great breakfast we loved everything only a few things.... to get there is a mess..... if you book this hotel make sure to also book the transportation from airport to hotel because if you get there by yourself your driver wont find the place is super messy to get there and you might get lost. Also they did not clean very well the rooms I found pubic hair in the shower the day i arrived It was so disgusting. Other than that everything's OK.

Just to be clear the area where the hotel is located it’s not ideal, since it is in an hiding alley. The area is also not attractive since the path is mostly mud especially when it rains. Also consideration if you are claustrophobic be aware there are no windows in the rooms

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their behaviour is truly commendable — polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping staff, or room service personnel, everyone was professional and attentive. They patiently answered all my questions and ensured that every request was taken care of promptly. Such warm hospitality really adds value to the stay. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient, especially for travellers. The hotel is situated just a short walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station, which makes it ideal for guests arriving by train. Important areas like Connaught Place, markets, restaurants, and transportation options are also nearby. Because of this central location, moving around the city becomes very easy and time-saving. Despite being so close to the main areas, the hotel premises feel safe and comfortable. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities that one expects for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team does a great job in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful, making it suitable for both families and business travellers. Die Lage des Hotels ist schwierig, kein Taxi oder Tuk Tuk fährt bis vor das Hotel. Da es in einer so verwinkelten, schmutzigen und schmalen Gasse liegt. Das Personal ist leicht passiv aggressiv und man wird an der Rezeption zuerst mal ignoriert. Die Zimmer sind Fensterlos und wer ein Vierbettzimmer gebucht hat, sind die Zimmer auch recht eng. Die Klimaanlage versucht vergeblich ihr bestes. Das Internet ist eine Herausforderung und von 4 Personen gelingt es mit Glück eventuell einer Person ins Internet zu kommen. Das Frühstück ist für den europäischen Magen eine Ch
