Needed a place to stay during a work trip, and this hotel was just right. The Wi-Fi was fast, the workspace in the room was comfortable, and service was efficient. Located near business hubs, making travel super convenient. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, making my stay even better. Will be booking here again for future visits...

The property has the worst customer service. The staff is not well trained. They have knowingly charged us twice and said they won’t let us check-in until they charge us again. We thought they might hold the amount as deposit but never gave us back. I have reported this multiple times to Expedia even they were not able to get hold of the front desk.

They could never find my reservation at 12 midnight. Provided email, confirmation number. Called hotels.com They were helpful. They called the hotel but manager refused to pick up any phones. Other customers said the same. I had to find another hotel at midnight. This hotel is a fraud
