I like the hotel but not sure the room I got was the one I booked the food was overpriced and I couldn’t find any slippers in the room where I had to wear my shoes to walk around I did phone to ask but no one answered the phone

Buffet was INR2000 plus. I ordered an omelette with tea and was charged INR1800! How can that be justified? In the evening I had a soup. The charge was almost INT1000! The taxi service for a 10 minute drive was INR2424!! Total rip off! Even The Lemon Tree and other hotels have complimentary airport transfers Will never stay here again!

The stay was superb - well trained staff, amazing service and a beautiful room. It is also walkable from the metro station and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. I'd love to stay in the hotel again when I visit the city.
