Generally, poor and mediocre service. However, the duty manager made it by arranging a free meal for me (I insisted to pay) after 3 back to back frustrating experiences at its Asian restaurant. Nevertheless, all those frustrations were forgotten after the hotel called me to inform that I had left my valuables In the safe (including my passport). Their prompt action in safekeeping the same until I returned to Delhi after 3 days was a wonderful feeling for which I am grateful. This was done despite the fact that we were not going to staying there during our return trip through Delhi. Full marks for their professional handling of this situation.

Pullman Aero-trocity: worst experience in 15 yrs

Appalling experience: Smoking Rooms, Dripping Toilets, and Zero Help I stayed at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity from 15–17 July, and in 15 years of frequent international travel, I have never been treated so poorly. Before arrival, I emailed about my late check-in due to a 2:30 AM flight — no reply. I had to call (at international rates) to confirm they’d hold the booking. I arrived at 3:50 AM to a disorganised 20-minute check-in, despite being the only guest. Staff were distracted, some on their phones, and no one from the concierge team offered the usual welcome or point of contact. I was assigned a twin smoking room, despite paying for a non-smoking king. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was clearly in poor condition, with a stained bath. When I asked to change, I stood another 20 minutes at reception with no solution and, exhausted, had no choice but to stay the night. Only later did I discover the toilet had a constant drip that echoed through the room all night. At 8 AM, desperate to shower and prepare for a 9 AM meeting, I again requested a room change — was told to wait. Only when I packed my bags and firmly insisted was I finally given the room I had booked. Checkout was cold and uninterested. I was spoken to without eye contact, not asked how my stay was, and when I raised my experience, staff showed no care. It honestly felt like Accor has entered the five-star, high-cost hostel game — just without telling the guests. I will not be returning.

The Property is set in Aerocity. Dining options inside for breakfast and at Honk are fantastic! They can arrange for a pick up if you ask. Enjoyed my stay n will come again. The Staff is very polite n courteous. Staff is very helpful, works very hard to make your trip memorable. Thank you!

The hotel is doing major outdoor renovation which can be heard in the rooms. Even after changing to another room it could still be heard. They only do the during day time, but if you plan to do work at the room its very annoying.
