The Taj Mansingh is a much better property. This one is older and smaller.

Hotel ambience and breakfast was great. But you would see packed with business conference in the main lobby which was little frustrating. I hope they could set up a separate business hall for these conference like other hotels to minimize the disruption in the lobby. We booked a room but the bed was twin kids size which was unexpected and we have to ask extra bed to fit 4 people. It was uncomfortable night. But for the price it is expensive and we didn’t expect one night price with twin size beds.

Sadly the room that they show on line is not the room they gave me. I got an old, dirty, non refurbished room with stained carpet and dirty toilet and tea coffee area. It was not up to Taj standards and not worth what I paid for it. As a loyal Taj member I was sorely disappointed as I felt like I was in the worst Embassy Suites one can find in North Carolina for example. Not up to snuff and a sad way to spend my last night in India.
