Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Highly unprofessional as well as very very abusive + unhelpful hospitality. The stuff is absolutely illiterate + I stayed only about 10 hours but had almost heard about 50 to 80 abusive words that the staff people were saying to each other as well as they were treating the customers as if they were slaves or something because 1 the couple who came they were treated very very badly and the girl in that couple even started crying because these people were very very very unprofessional and very rude most importantly they were using abusive words all night as well as I think that they were drunk
