The hotel managers and the revenue staff are NO good. Zero empathy and greedy. We had to cancel 2 rooms hours after the cancellation deadline because my father had a heart attack and could not leave Ahmedabad. They asked for medical documentation and then offered me credit that expired in 2 weeks instead. I provided everything and doctors notes and they charged me for both rooms for the entire weeks stay. They are not good people. Do NOT stay here.

Hotel managers, revenue team and guest services should be ashamed. We had to cancel 2 rooms few hours after the cancellation cutoff due to a medical emergency. My father had a heart attack and was stuck in Ahmedabad hospital and could not fly to Delhi to join us. The staff had no empathy and cared only about money. They insisted on charging full stay for both cancelled rooms. I provided medical documentation and was willing to provide more. They are heartless, DO NOT stay at this property.

The property ended up charging me extra money for breakfast. No customer service from the Hotel and from Expedia customer service staff. Completely disappointed. Not staying with Léela anymore and not using Expedia ever in my life again. I am a Marriot Bonvoy member- staying with them forever. Made a mistake and tried Expedía and the Leela but it left a bad taste. Adios forever!
