The actual interior of the property was good especially the bathrooms. However it unfortunately had the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in the living & dining room due to the close proximity of the next door neighbor who smoked frequently outside his door which was right by our windows. We could not use those rooms in the evening. Simple things like ice cube trays, salt & pepper would have been helpful. Also the paper towels were dirty and flimsy. No problem to buy our own We also did not receive a response from our host with a minor question we asked in response to them emailing us to ask if everything was good. The exterior was lacking but it was an amazing location with an easy walk to the beach

We stayed three nights over Presidents’ Weekend and had a wonderful experience. The host communicated clearly in advance of our stay and made the entire process seamless. The location is ideal—close to Atlantic Ave and its restaurants, and just a short walk or drive to the public beach access. We would absolutely stay here again!
