While this home is on a quiet residential street, the location is truly unbeatable - 1/4 mile to Pineapple Grove district that is bustling with restaurants, bars and cafes, and The Ray Hotel.
Half a mile to Atlantic Avenue, and less than 1 mile to the beach. Literally hundreds of restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and budgets are all within easy walking distance.
Popstrike, Delray Beach Tennis Center and The Silverball Museum are all less than 1 mile away. Boca Raton is a 10 minute drive.
This home has a functional layout, bedroom 1 is a large master suite, and bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom, with bedroom 2 having ensuite access. The 4th bedroom is above the garage, has an ensuite, along with it's own private deck overlooking the pool area. This is the only bedroom that requires stairs to access.
The kitchen has Thermador appliances and is fully stocked with all the pots/ pans & utensils that you will need

Here’s a polished, positive review you can use or tweak:We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely attentive and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The pool was fantastic and a real highlight of our trip, and the location couldn’t have been better. Overall, a great experience all around — we would absolutely stay here again!
