The host was great! He happened to be at the property when we arrived since the previous guest had packages delivered and they were left at the door. He was helping them to get their packages. We had a few questions at that time, and he promptly helped us out and gave us a direct phone number if we needed anything. The place was clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The yard and patio was fabulous! The whole property is behind gates which allows for complete privacy. We were also able to park our car behind the gate! The neighborhood was not the best, but we didn't feel uncomfortable walking to downtown during the day. We did take an uber back at night just to be safe. There was loud music next door one night, but not too late. I would stay there again.

Pleasant stay

Good location. Easy to get to downtown area. My wife played tennis at delray tennis Center which was only 20 minute walk. The house was clean. Bed was fine. Bathroom but small but good shower. No dishwasher but for just two people and relatively short stay so no issue. No table but coud eat at counter. Nice covered area outdoors where we sat to eat or read. The owner was easy to reach. There were a few relatively minor issues. Only 4 hangers in bedroom closet. The soap in shower was not filled and ran out last day. The washer and dryer were good quality but located in outdoor shed where the floor was dirty and obviously never cleaned. Somewhat important as small clothes items often drop on the floor when being taken out or placed in a machine. A small sheet about things such as garbage day, recycling, local favourite eateries etc would have been helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

A cozy property tucked in a quiet corner away from the beach/vacation crowds, yet a short drive from everywhere we wanted to get to. Very clean and well maintained. A good value for the money.

Nicely done

The only negative was the entrance gate, needs to be modified for easier open and close, for older people it could be a problem. Had a washer and seier, comfortable beds, capable kitchen, small but nice bathroom. Not a large place but nicely done, quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the location.
