This studio villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and style. The interior boasts a fresh, modern aesthetic, adorned with curated coastal furnishings. * Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods in the kitchen
* Built-in desk for a dedicated working space.


Backyard (shared with other villas onsite):
* Chaise lounge to soak up the sun
* Outdoor table seating available

Family/Kids Amenities:
* All age board games
* Pack n' Play (includes bassinet), baby gate and kids plates/utensils available on request from the guest.

Additional Amenities:
* 2 beach chairs and towels
* Washer & Dryer available and shared with Unit B-1
* Fast wifi and parking lot with two available spots

Other items to mention:
* The washer/dryer are located in the main entrance hallway and are shared with Unit B1.
* Pets and Emotional Support Animals are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and the guest must receive approval from the host prior to the reservation. All animals (i.e. pets, emotional support animals, service animals) are not allowed to be left alone in the villa at any time, and the guest is liable for any damage incurred by the animal. If you're interested in bringing your animal, please let me know via an inquiry.

This villa offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
