Beware of your rental

House needs some updating. Furniture looks like it was picked up from the Salvation Army store. The only thing new there was the bathrooms. The host is a great person, that's about the highest compliment i will give. The place definitely needs a paint job. Also needs some update furniture in the house. I also noticed the mouse traps in round the house and in the cabinets also. So with that being said you just have to make your own judgment on staying there. Personally I think we paid to much for the rental especially the way it looked in and out of the house. I know i definitely wouldn't be going back. For that kind of money, i could have been at a nicer place

Pickleball

Came to Delray to play in a Pickleball tournament at the Delray tennis center. Perfect location as it was just a short walk. Definitely would stay there again!

A Florida Retreat

Walkable location. . New and clean with all the necessities provided. Great place to enjoy golf , beaches , fishing and restaurants. Wonderful vacation! 🏝

Walk to town

House itself is quiet, beds are comfortable, and house is walking distance to town. However... there is no secure lock on the door. The dining room table is so old and chipped it can't be cleaned. Don't expect basic amenities such as a bar of soap, a paper towel, a clean shower curtain, a can opener, etc. The house has potential but not while we were there.

Fantastic location

We stayed in this property for two months and couldn't have enjoyed it more. It's walking distance to Atlanta Ave and the beach is 11/2 miles away. The back yard is completely fenced and great for dogs. It's really in a great location.

Neighborhood a little sketchy and bathroom very small.

Couch was very worn out in living space. There were no chests to put anything in in two of the three bedrooms. The main bathroom was very small to service two bedrooms. There was a roll of toilet paper cut in half for the main bath. The first night there were two people who got into a screaming match in front of our house. Other than that, 😊.

My family really enjoyed this property. Nicely decorated and good location

My family enjoy this property. It is nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms are good size and each have a nice closets. While we did not have beach chairs with us this trip, the large laundry room with an exterior door would have been a great place to store all of our beach gear. Would stay there again. Have recommended to our Snowbird friends. Property manager responded quickly to questions and Check-in/out was easy.
