First off we would stay here again. The pool and house were great. If u have a large group make sure you bring extra beach towels if you plan on that, we had 5 and had to keep washing towels. Location was very good, less than 10 minute drive to beach. I would ask for a check in packet at the house just to list the expectations of checking in and checking out of the house. We had no trouble with the neighbors and had kids swimming in the pool at night. Overall the house was great and had plenty of room for us.

Buyer Beware

Planned stay with family over Thanksgiving break. Day one: arrived to find that heated pool was NOT heated by anything other than the sun. Mgmt company said it was “accidentally” listed that way. Thru offered me 0ne free night. VRBO put us in a hotel, but it took them 3 months to fully settle with me. Be careful.

The home was dated and tired; noPictures of the kitchen should have tipped me off. WiFi service was spotty at best. When I enquired about how to use the laundry- which was missing an on/off button I received a curt reply on a workaround. Overall- we made it work but Not worth the price.

Quiet neighborhood close to shopping

Beautiful house short on amenities! House that accommodates 8, should have enough coffee cups for 8, more towels especially hand and face towels. New coffee glass carafe needed. I know this is a newer listing so I'm sure they will fix. We were told that we must be quiet even before we even unpacked our belongings. Pool maintenance needs to improve.
