Welcome to your coastal getaway—a beautifully updated character home just steps from Tsawwassen Beach. Thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom, it offers cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, an open‑concept dining area, a dedicated office, and a bright, sun‑filled living room. The spacious patio overlooking a serene, forested backyard creates a peaceful retreat that feels truly unique.

This home includes four bedrooms. Upstairs, two ocean‑facing rooms feature one king bed and one queen bed. On the main level, a third bedroom with a king bed looks out onto the forested backyard. The office can also be converted into a fourth bedroom using a sectional sofa that transforms into a queen‑size bed. Both levels feature continuous hardwood flooring, providing seamless room‑to‑room movement without transitions.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire 2,500 sq ft home, including all four bedrooms and the optional office space. Enjoy the modern kitchen with complete amenities, as well as a large patio that opens onto the backyard.

Downtown Vancouver is an easy 35‑minute drive away. Tsawwassen Beach is just a 3‑minute walk through Fred Gingel Park, and family‑friendly Centennial Beach is only a 5‑minute drive—famous for its shallow, warm water and perfect conditions for paddle‑boarding and kayaking.
