Staff was great, the room was spotless. Bathroom fan didn't work, no breakfast included. All acceptable except the location. Very difficult to navigate the entrance to property. If you miss the turn-off, you are forced to circle back to Richmond. In rush hour, this is a nightmare. Maybe better road and directional signage would help?

Nice room, just not well stocked with Starbucks coffee...but the staff gave us more when we requested these. They also placed a mattress topper for my girlfriend's bad back so we appreciated this.
