Schöne Auszeit

Eine schöne landestypische Finca mit großem Außenbereich inkl. Grill. Natürlich muss man sich darüber im klaren sein, dass es sich um eine einfache Ausstattung (eben landesgemäß) handelt. Es wurde aber alles sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und es war eine wirklich erholsame Zeit vor Ort. Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen sollten in nächster Zeit aber trotzdem einmal vorgenommen werden ;) Auch für Hundebesitzer top (Grundstück eingezäunt) - Hundestrand nicht weit

Tolles Anwesen, leicht in die Jahre gekommen

Schönes Haus auf zwei Etagen mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. Die Außenanlagen besticht durch zwei sehr schöne Sitzbereiche im Schatten, sowie dem gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, keine Spülmaschine. Im unteren Bad war leider die Decke verschimmelt und die Badewanne verrostet, einige Gartenmöbel defekt. Die französischen Betten sind sehr klein, zwei größere Personen haben darin nicht wirklich Platz. Das Objekt liegt nicht wie angegeben 200m, sondern über 600m vom Strand entfernt.

Ferienhaus

Das Haus mit der innen Einrichtung und der Pool waren in einem guten Zustand, so das man sich dort wohl fühlt und einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen konnte. Alles in allem ist das Objekt unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Buenas zonas exteriores , instalaciones mejorables

La ubicación es fantástica y la casa está equipada, con zonas exteriores muy cómodas, ideales para disfrutar en familia o con amigos. Tiene ducha exterior. Como aspectos negativos destacaría que las instalaciones precisan de mejor mantenimiento, los colchones y almohadas no son muy cómodos y los vecinos tienen un rottwailer que con los ruidos de las sillas, ladra y se tira contra la valla. Un poco de refuerzo en la valla tampoco iría mal.

Objekt byl perfektní,jen WIFI nepřipojila všechny přístroje.Ještě mě zarazil rekreační poplatek na místě.Místo 22€ (2+1/7dní a 2+1/4dny)bylo požadováno 88€ s odůvodněním,že Interhome zdražil.

Mejoras a realizar.

La casa es amplia y cómoda. El mobiliario algo anticuado. Sobretodo se debería mejorar el mantenimiento. Disponiendo de dos baños,uno no se podía abrir la ventana, pues había una bisagra rota,y el segundo la cisterna del wc no funciona.Una fuga de agua delante de la puerta principal, lo cual al salir y entrar tenias que pisar el agua. De todo ello avisamos en nuestra oficina correspondiente y no solucionaron nada en toda la semana.

Genial zona exterior, electrodomésticos regular

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. La zona de barbacoa y piscina es genial. La casa es grande y en general limpia, pero habría que hacerle un cambio a los electrodomésticos (no hay lavavajillas, nevera antigua que no cierra bien, tv de tubo...)

Casa vieja sin mantenimiento

Cada dia encontrábamos algo roto o en mal estado, como por ejemplo: mosquiteras rotas, piscina sucia y sin luces, hormigas en los armarios, ventana del baño con la visagra rota( casi se nos cae encima), soporte del grifo de la ducha roto, la nevera no cerraba bien y perdía agua por el suelo de la cocina, colillas en las jardineras, ... en una terraza, no tener libre acceso a toda la casa, parrilla sucísima, tuvimos que arreglar una cisterna, tv de los años 80, sin WiFi...

Lo que parece y no es....

Recibimiento y checking rapido y bien explicado todo, amables y seviciales. La casa necesita una reforma con caracter de urgencia, todo es muy antiguo, los telefonos de los cuartos de baños son todavia a dia de hoy de plastico y al ducharte sale todo el agua como un espersor ( fatal) y no hablemos de los colchones horribles, casi se clavan los muelles no puedes descansar y las almohadas igual de mal, el grifo de la cocina..... pues nada ya de paso fregas el suelo de esta misma.Limpieza correct

Cumple con lo esperado

Es una casa con una gran piscina y cerca de la playa. Las tumbonas y las sillas del patio están muy usadas y muchas de ellas rotas. Las sartenes están muy usadas y faltan cuchillos para ser una casa tan grande. Los colchones... reguleros. Para lo que cuesta la casa podría ser mejor aún.
