Super schönes Haus. Tolle Terrasse. Super Pool. Ideal mit Hunden. Viel Schatten. Wunderschöner Garten. Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Klimaanlage wird nach wirklichem Verbrauch abgerechnet. Ventilatoren draussen. Blickdicht eingezäunt. Kühlschrank draussen. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen. Nach Hause wollten wir nicht mehr. Die Stühle draussen waren uns leider etwas zu „steil“ und hart. Längere Zeit zu sitzen wurde unbequem und ging uns in den Rücken. Ev. etwas bequemere Stühle wären besser. Im oberen Zimmer wäre natürlich eine Dusche optimal.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussenanlage

Das Haus , die Betten, die Aussenanlage, wir kennen das Haus und kamen immer gerne hier her! Mülltrennung im Ort aber im Haus nur 1 grosser Müllbehälter, der Vorgang beim Abrechnen der Stromkosten für Klimaanlage(Ablesen mit Mieter zusammen damit es transparent wird), im Garten lagen bei Ankunft Knochen , Gefahr für unsere Hunde, hier besser reinigen! Bei Starkregen Wasser in Küche und Wohnzimmer eingedrungen! Gewischt haben wir selbst.

Wir kommen schon seid 30 Jahren nach Riumar, ein wunderschöner Ort mit tollen Häusern. Das Haus Pedro hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Viel Platz, gut ausgestattet und einen wunderschönen Garten. Der Service war super. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Super Lage nur ca. 200 zum Strandzugang Toller Pool in wunderbarem Garten Tolle Terasse Das zweite Duschbad ist nicht ganz optimal, weil am Schlafzimmer, innenliegend ohne Türe. Ist aber im Gesamtpaket ok und tut dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch!

Der Garten mit dem Pool und den vielen schönen Palmen einfach ein Traum. Das Haus sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Eventuell die Vorhänge erneuern und die Beleuchtung im Haus etwas heller machen.

RIUMAR ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Die Lage des Hauses traumhaft. Außenanlage top. Service wie immer sehr gut Tag und Nacht schnell zu erreichen und eine Lösung gefunden. Es fehlt definitiv noch eine Duschmöglichkeit, wäre im Appartement super, aber wahrscheinlich nicht umzusetzen. Wir waren nur zu 6 und 2 kleine Kinder, 8 Personen das wäre stressig. Die Treppe und der Vorplatz zum Appartement ist bei Regen nur nass zu erreichen. Außerdem ist der Vorplatz dann sehr glatt- Unfallgefahr- der Bewegungsmelder funktioniert zu spät sollte früher eingestellt sein und vor allem auch die Treppe beinhalten. Gott sei Dank hat das Handy eine Taschenlampe. Das Wasser beim Duschen schwankt stark von normal - schnell kalt - beim frisch einstellen viel zu heiß.... und das dauernd. Das hat richtig genervt und nein es lief sonst kein Wasser. Trotzdem würde ich wieder dieses Haus mieten. Hat schon einen schönen Flair.

Toller Urlaub

Zum Haus: das Pedro ist nicht mehr neu, aber grundsätzlich in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderbar, Palmen spenden Schatten, der Pool ist weniger für Schwimmsport geeignet, aber reicht zum Abkühlen und Entspannen oder Spiel. Im Haus hat man alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind alle gut ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert. Lage: Riumar ist ein Traumort. Zwar künstliche als Urlaubsdomizil gebaut, aber sehr sauber, schön angelegt, keine Grossbauten, wenige Campingplätze, tolle Restaurants und ein paar Lädchen und ein guter Supermarkt. Und vor allem: eine schöne Landschaft, Naturschutzgebiete und der beste Strand Spaniens. Das Haus hat genau genommen nur 1 vollwertiges Bad! Die zweite Dusche befindet sich an einem Schlafzimmer und ist ohne Fenster. Zusätzlich gibt es ein reines WC. Das ist so nicht eindeutig beschrieben. Der Wasserdruck ist meistens minimal und zum duschen eher grenzwertig. In der Beschreibung steht unter inklusive Leistungen: Klimaanlage, am Ende sollte diese zusätzlich abgerechnet werden. Auch hier bitte eindeutiger beschreiben. Alles aber kein Drama, aber wenn man fragt…. Der Service ist aber gut: wenn was zu regeln ist, hilft Marisol sofort! Wir kommen wieder.
