Mt. Baker Lodging's Cabin #1 - A Perfect New Contemporary Family Retreat With a Hot Tub!

This new contemporary 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 3/4-bath home is the perfect retreat for your family vacation! The first floor features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace and a hide-a-bed, a generous dining area, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with upscale appliances and granite countertops. There are two bedrooms...one of which includes a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer, and both of which include 1-queen size bed, as well as monitors with wireless for streaming Netflix, Pandora, and Amazon Prime*, (*on your account) and separate doors to access the adjoining rear deck. Sandwiched between the two lower bedrooms is 1-full bath. The second floor features an open loft sleeping area with 1-queen size bed, and an adjoining 3/4-bath. An expansive window area combined with a westerly exposure lets lots of sunlight into this bright and cheery home. Just outside the rear deck is a gas grill and your own private hot tub, newly installed! This pet-friendly (2-Pet Maximum) and monitored family vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). Have a larger group? This cabin pairs well with Cabin #75, which is located right next door!

PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

PLEASE NOTE: This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

This cottage offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a picnic area. The front desk is open around the clock. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
