This would have been a 5-star experience if the condo had been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, there was pet hair throughout the unit. After we contacted the host, they didn't believe us and we were asked to provide photos, which we did(although I am not sure why would we make this up).This was not just the occasional strand of hair. There was noticeable pet hair along the baseboards, in the corners, and across the floors. The hallway carpet in particular was heavily covered. By the end of our stay, our clothing had accumulated pet hair as well.

The property was nice and clean. The only downfall was that the WiFi wasn’t working, me and my family went without phone service and TV everyday during my five day stay. Only early in the day the WiFi would work for a hour or two then shut off again. Other than that the place was great.
