The Space:

Summit Suite offers a comfortable blend of modern updates and retro mid-century charm. This private lower-level one-bedroom condo features a queen bed, full bath, and a calm setting within the Snowater Community at the base of Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.



The remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, new refrigerator, and dishwasher makes longer stays easy, while the in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience. In the living room, gather around the gas fireplace, enjoy forest views through the garden window, or unwind with your favorite streaming channels. A small deck just off the living space offers a quiet place to step outside and breathe in the mountain air.



Bordering the Nooksack River and national forest, Summit Suite is an ideal base for hiking, skiing, and exploring the beauty of the Mt. Baker region.



The Pacific Northwest is the ideal place to bring a sense of equanimity to your vacation and delve back into nature. Snowater Community Club has 2 club houses available to guests that includes 2 heated indoor year-round pools with Jacuzzi hot tubs, a Cedar Sauna, Workout Room with free weights and machines, Children’s Playroom, Billiards and Ping Pong game room, Squash and Racquetball courts, Basketball and Tennis courts (seasonal), Playground, covered picnic area with propane BBQs, and an outdoor gas firepit. Throughout this 20-acre mountain paradise, is numerous charcoal BBQ’S for grilling, paths and trails for hiking and access to 1,000+ feet of Nooksack Riverfront.

*Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office.
