This 3-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath vacation home is on Silver Lake, offering phenomenal views along with a lake path to a suspended deck.
The main floor reveals a ½-bath just inside the front door. A main suite bedroom with 1-king bed, a freestanding gas fireplace, en-suite ¾-bath and access to the deck and hot tub. There is a large open living area with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows with terrific lake front views, a flat screen monitor and a river rock wood burning fireplace (firewood provided). There is a large dining table with eight chairs. The adjacent kitchen features a dishwasher, a gas cooktop range/oven, and its own freestanding gas fireplace. A separate mudroom offers an outside entrance along with a stacked washer and dryer.
The bottom floor reveals an extra-large family room with a comfy sectional couch, a pool table, a flat screen monitor and a convenient dry bar area! Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals one large bedroom with 1-king bed and an ensuite ¾-bath, a second bedroom with 1-king bed and a third bedroom with 1-queen bed. Just outside the main floor, there’s a wraparound deck with tables and chairs, a gas grill for cooking and a private 6-person hot tub. This pet-friendly, (2-Pet maximum…NO Exceptions) WIFI equipped will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles.
