Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying in this completely remodeled loft condo featuring all new Allen + Roth wood floors, a redesigned kitchenette with all new appliances, a full bath with all new cabinetry, and a cozy living/dining area equipped with a futon and sliding doors that lead to a nice balcony with a territorial view. Ascending the handcrafted staircase leads to a loft sleeping area complete with modern furnishings including one queen sized bed, a sofa/sitting area, a large flat-screen monitor, and two armoires offering plenty of storage for your personal items. Shared WiFi rounds out the package. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions.
