This very spacious detached villa with enclosed garden is located on the edge of the Eerdebos, in Overijssel. With a professional kitchen, a Weber and Ofyr barbecue, a play barn, an open fireplace and a sauna, all the ingredients are present for a great stay with family or friends. Thanks to the space, every guest has the desired privacy and tranquillity. Our property features a spacious dining table for 12 guests, luxury bedding, and excellent insulation. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The floors—tiled, laminate, and parquet—are dog-friendly, though dogs are not permitted in bedrooms

Experience rural life and enjoy cycling and walking through the Eerde forest or discover the 'Eerder Achterbroek' nature reserve between Den Ham and Ommen. The region has plenty of forest and heathland, for example in Twente, Salland and the Vecht valley. You will find nice restaurants in the area, for example in Ommen on the Vecht, and for the children a visit to amusement park Hellendoorn, Slagharen and Monkey Town guarantees an unforgettable day.

The house offers comfort for all ages, with a bedroom, a separate sitting room and a bathroom on the ground floor. Recreational facilities include a trampoline, table tennis, an 8 ft. pool table, a large play barn and TV with Netflix, ESPN Eredivisie and a PlayStation 4. Children and dogs can play carefree in the spacious enclosed garden and there is parking for 6 cars with electric charging facilities.

The luxury spa (available from 2023) is optional and must be booked in advance with the homeowner.
