This remodeled Charming Denison Cottage has two master suites with private bathrooms. The kitchen is any cooks dream with a 12' island and completely stocked with all needed to prepare meals. The home has a large living room with a down sofa that can sleep 2 guests if needed. Laundry room with full washer and dryer, and a doggie door that leads to the fenced in yard for your pet's happy stay.

We are located 1 mile from downtown where you can visit ice cream shops, antique stores, restaurants and boutiques. We are 5 minutes from Eisenhower Park and Located 15 minutes from the Choctaw Casino.

Winter - house has gas furnace 67-68 keeps house warm. If not freezing turn heat off at check out
Summer- house is pier and beams it stays cool. 72- 69 temp on thermostats keeps the house cool. The house is fairly priced per night but not for excessive AC or heat costs. Turn off upon check out.
Do not use Trash compactor, or put food down garbage disposal. Clean up your mess in the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The space was good, beds were comfortable . There was no shampoo, body wash and only 1 roll of paper towels, no can opener. There were 2 large ceiling fans but no way to use them because there was no switch or remote controls so we could not operate them. We only had one towel/wash cloth per person for 3 day stay so I I bought laundry detergent to wash to have clean towel for showers. Cost wise I would have been better off renting a hotel room. I thought the owners note said to turn the thermostat to 75 when we left but later I got a message saying that i was going to make the gas bill outrageous because the thermo was left at 75.
