Featuring two spacious decks facing the water, this home is one of a kind. As a guest of this community you will have access to the Clubhouse, Fitness Center and heated swimming pool. Beautifully decorated in contemporary beach decor, this three bedroom sleeping 8 boasts an open layout with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Featured amenities include split unit air conditioning in the family room, dining area and main level bedroom. Split Unit Ac also in 2nd level queen bedroom. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, enclosed outside shower and Wi-Fi. Televisions are streaming services only, no cable.
