From the moment you arrive until the sun sets, this location is unmatched. Almost every room in the house offers a breathtaking ocean view, inviting you to slow down and savor the scenery. The home features an attractive sun room directly overlooking the beach and ocean, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a newly remodeled kitchen and dining area—perfect for family gatherings. You can prepare your meals in the full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and a lobster pot, and then cook on the gas grill outside.
The spacious layout is ideal for large groups, with six bedrooms spread across three levels. The first floor includes a bedroom with a full bed. The second floor features three bedrooms with queen beds and a room perfect for children with two sets of bunk beds (four twin mattresses). High above the ocean on the third floor, you'll find an oversized bedroom offering truly spectacular views, furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds. You'll be comfortable throughout your stay with Ductless Air Conditioning and Internet access, plus a washer and dryer. After a day on your private beach, rinse off in the essential outdoor shower.

Great property and location.
Great location and wonderful property. House was very comfortable for all and well appointed. What a view! Loved the oceanfront patio, lawn and steps down to your own private beach.

Great house however poor property management.
Per the instructions I reported two issues Sunday morning which were not addressed. The management company responded that they would take care of them however, neither the grill or master bedroom light were fixed during our stay. I reached out twice to the management company and they responded they would get someone out but nothing was addressed. The property itself was wonderful but I can't provide a 5 star rating because the management company did not do their job.
For the owner - recommend paper towels be available and the grill probably needs to be replaced, we followed the directions in the house but still couldn't get it to remain lit, it would ignite but go out. We replaced the propane tank but to no avail. We ended up buying a charcoal grill and used it for the week. Recommend providing more bikes - the two there are fine however not easy to ride for most people. All in all we would return, thank you for sharing your wonderful home, it is lovely!

Lovely ocean breeze
This place was perfect for us. Easily fit 3 families with room for us to grow. Big and clean, bright and open, lovely ocean breeze, ice cream and good food within walking distance. It was unexpectedly well equipped for our toddlers with indoor and outdoor toys, the fenced yard, and so much beach. We hope to return.
