Great hotel with a nice pool, lovely friendly and helpful staff. Only a 10 min walk to main street. Minor issue is that the Cleaning trolley is very loud when it moves up and down, soft rubber wheels may reduce noise.

Hotel was exceptional clean and well maintained breakfast was lovely lots of choice. You must try the fresh coffee- wow! Only slight downside on a very busy road but easy walking to beach only 15 minutes and the Icon Bali shopping centre. I really enjoyed my stay and it was great value for money.

I asked for coffee I. My room and they only gave me one sachet. The cups are so small I don’t eat rice for breakfast. I never want to see rice again. Fruit was good but watermelon was hit and miss. They don’t refund for anything. The day spa was terrible worst massage ever. And three times the price. I won’t go back to bali

Excellent staff and cleanliness in rooms. Prompt service. When ordering room service female staff tend to ring the door bell twice and knock twice within a matter of seconds. You cannot a coffee through room service which is a bit disappointing. Other than that, a perfect stay. A short stroll to Icon Bali through the back streets

Property was amazing, breakfast was great and all the other for we tried. Staff were very helpful. Only down side was the walk to the beach the roads were basically not walkable meaning walking on the road with a pram.
