Booked a King Club Access Deluxe Room and it says "view varies", however, was given room 3131 during check-in and the "view" was a wall with a tiny balcony. Due to the wall, the whole room was very dark. Asked for a room change the next morning and was granted, room 3201 is much nicer. This was the only issue in the whole stay. Hotel itself was lovely, all the staff seems to love working there with a smile, everywhere kept clean and tidy. I would return but will make sure i get the room that I paid for at check in.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The area around the hotel has a lowkey beach vibe which is very relaxing. The staff is probably the best part of this hotel - courteous, helpful, and friendly.

Good: Services are excellent and restaurants are amazing! Bad: The room is pretty small and not sound proof at all… we could constantly hear staff and guest slamming the doors. I even got waken up by people talking outside of my room at 2am…. Also, a staff knocked on our door mid day and just came in without waiting for our response, it’s a very uncomfortable situation.
