Fantastic value for money

First Class Experience

I have to say the whole Ibis experience was amazing. The facilities, staff and service where the absolute best I have ever experienced. It was professional and friendly and went far beyond my expectations. The staff in particular where incredible, always taking a minute to say hello and check everything was as i wanted. From the cleaner in the corridor to the management team, every single member of staff always looked very smart and always had a smile, it really was a credit to the company. Everyone clearly knew their role and I never saw anyone sitting around chatting, all the staff were constantly on the go. The security on the site was smart, visible and efficient and it was common to see an officer patrolling the whole site ensuring guests were safe, i found this particularly reassuring. My room was very comfortable and a very high standard, it was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel public areas were very tidy, i never saw any litter or a table that wasn't cleared as soon as the guest had finished. Room service was 24 hours and nothing was too much trouble, whatever the time. I would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel in the future. If the standards at this hotel are reflected across the Ibis family, you have definitely won my custom for the future, thank you for everything.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Bien que de passage à Denpasar,trois nuits,poursuivant un voyage de routard cet hotel,une transition pour moi,à ravis mon séjour.comme un coq en pâte on veille sur vous a tout instant par des attentions,de petites paroles affectueuses,un room service impeccable et complet,un buffet petit déjeuner des plus copieux(et qui change chaque jour!!).si vous ajoutez à cela une chambre spacieuse,net du sol au plafond et bien je vous dirais que le prix n'est qu'une formalité dérisoire.
