The room was beyond disgusting and some of the staff were rude and not very helpful, The jug they left for fresh drinking water was shockingly disgusting and not something you would drink out of ever. i will be putting a review in, including pictures of the most disgusting parts.

Excellent buffet breakfast and room service options. Rooms very clean and daily roon clean and bedding changed daily. Pool area very clean and great service. Swim up bar is a very friendly place to cool down. All round a great hotel, with a great location near Wild Parrot, Icon shopping mall, the Nest Spa and the Shampoo Lounge. Cut through to the beach promenade walk too.

The staff were amazing and always spoke when you passed them in the corridor. We arrived late and the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room maintenance came and checked it and we were given a different room. All this at 11.30pm so very much appreciated. Good selection at breakfast . We had some rain and reception had umbrellas and a couple of times when we got caught out the lovely security guard offered to walk us up the driveway with an umbrella. I have stayed numerous times. Decking has been replaced near the restaurant area and looks like small renovations being carried out in other areas. Also used the onsite spa. Staff were very friendly and massage was amazing

The resort is amazing! The pool is huge, lots of sun beds & kids pool at the end. Swim up bar & restaurant close by. The breakfast had a great selection, never got bored with what was to offer! We had the jacuzzi room & it was soo spacious!! I couldn’t fault this resort at all. We will definitely be back !

Stayed here with my family and had a nice and weekend spent well. Breakfast was quite varied,i love the waffle, although it would be even better if they had a special kids/family menu section. We absolutely loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hotel doesn’t offer many activities, but the plus point is the beach is just walking distance, and they also provide sun loungers, which was best. Location is very convenient — close to the mall and many places around. Also, if you stay in Sanur, don’t forget to catch the sunrise, or even just have walk or running there, it’s worth it! Staff also were friendly and very helpful. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel for a family getaway.
