Great Resort with Average Rooms

Pros: The main pool.
Cons: Cleanliness!!! Please focus on this.
Location: Location is great. Restaurants nearby. Beach nearby (15 minute walk)
We stayed here for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the resort pool (the only thing I liked about the hotel). We booked the room with the jacuzzi and upon arrival we were super disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. However, the staff was very compromising and showed us two different rooms till we were satisfied. It was a very noisy resort, but since we were on the top floor we didn't experience any disturbance, but I am pretty sure for the guests staying on lower floors must have been disturbed a lot. We went to bali for two weeks and at each and every resort we were welcomed thoroughly, with welcome baskets or some sort of sweet gesture. Unfortunately, no such warm welcome was given to us. It was like we were not important. So I felt this resort lacked the welcome factor. The breakfast was great no doubt about that and so was the location. Restaurants were right around the corner. The resort is great only if it were maintained properly. I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it to any of my friend. The only reason I enjoyed my stay was because of the main pool of the resort and the jacuzzi in my room was the highlight of my stay. Hope they can improve their service

Nous sommes restées 20 min dans la chambre, salle de bain sale, une odeur immonde qui se dégageait des toilettes, les draps étaient poisseux de la poussière autour des lits, Nous avons donc quittées l’hôtel sans y passer la nuit !

Nice hotel

Pros: Pool area. Hotel has also some vouchers for the sunbeds at the beach.
Cons: Rooms need refreshment.
Location: Beach is quite close by.
The pool area was absolutely excellent. Food at the breakfast and hotel restaurant was alright too (from European's point of view). We were a bit disappointed about hotel room's condition. It was ok, but we have expected much higher standard for deluxe room. We got a jacuzzi on the terrace (ground floor) and it looked like it was quite old already. Not so clean either.
