This charming newly built home in the prime location of Denton is spacious, clean, and only minutes from University of North Texas (UNT), Texas Women’s University (TWU), Denton Square and all other Denton Entertainments.  This home includes one large family cum living room, 4 spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 10, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, comfortable workspace with desk, two smart TVs, and high efficient washer and dryer. UNT is only 3-5 minutes away and the area has countless restaurants, grocery stores, and great nearby shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and guests may park in the 2-car garage and 2 in the driveway. The backyard is fully fenced and there are chairs for relaxing on the back patio. Trash and recycle pick-up is on every Thursday (Early morning), please move the bins to the curb by Wednesday evening or Thursday early morning.
There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
