Very clean and very nice place. Had a misunderstanding on the door code that put us checking in but a very nice place to stay. May stay there again.

This place was a GEM for our family trip to the Dallas area. Our group was 7 adults. The rooms were exactly as described in the listing, and there was plenty of space for all uf us to be comfortable. The property was a new construction duplex, two-story, and it is furnished with simple and modern decor/furniture. The kitchen had nice new appliances. The ONLY drawback to our stay was that our GPS struggled to locate the actual location. This is likely because the neighborhood is new and still under construction, but after wandering over 2 streets we located the named street and "sleuthed" our way to the house straight away. Communicagtion was easy and responsive. The owner of the property checked in on us a couple of times to make sure all was well. As for local shopping, there are literally scores of restaurants and department stores withing a 2 mile drive of the property. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to serve as our base camp, while we moved our daughter into UNT. We loved getting to explore Denton/Dallas then come back and play a game of pool or have a meal together. Was helpful to have a washer and dryer! The property was beautiful and clean and the location very convenient to all the shops on the Loop.

The Perfect Stay for Our Son’s Big Day!

We had a great stay at this home! It was clean, comforting, and a perfect place to relax. We especially enjoyed playing pool and spending time together with the family games provided. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms, which made it easy to accommodate everyone in our group comfortably. The space felt welcoming, and everything we needed was available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and fun getaway.

Beautiful Get Away!!!

This place exceeded my expectation. It was beautiful and clean. It was in a newly built neighborhood and very quiet. We enjoyed the games and pool table. It was lavish and luxurious!!!My family enjoyed there stay!!!!
