This location is definitely off the grid and peaceful. Be sure to bring adequate lighting - only one path light worked, and the overhead lights were spotty at best. Sitting on the back deck in the dark was the highlight of the trip. Also beware - the listing says 'toilet' but it is an outhouse with a bucket and kitty litter. It was clean, but not what I expected when the listing says 'toilet.' Definitely pet friendly and easy to find with the coordinate provided.

Absolutely lovely

The entire property is just picturesque. The atmosphere is so welcoming and just such a relaxing get away from the daily hustle. Property owner could not have been nicer and extremely responsive with incredible quickness. My only complaint is we couldn’t have stayed longer (had to get back to “real life”)

Birthday off-road getaway

Had an amazing trip and stay at this beautiful yurt. We’ll thought out. It had all the amenities needed and made our stay really enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back and try out the pizza oven. We explored and off-roaded in Uwharrie national forest and went to Morrow Mountain state park. So beautiful this time of year

Quiet Escape

Unique fun adventure in the wilderness. Enjoyed the board games, cooking s’mores, star gazing, and the zip line. We also visited the NC Zoo which is close by. Will definitely stay again for more adventures!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed for 4 days over the Thanksgiving Holiday and had a great time. Jason was extremely helpful. The site is awesome and well thought out. We relaxed, played games, cooked alot, and just enjoyed the outdoors. We will definitely be back in the spring.

The glampsite is everything it advertises to be and so much more! This truly is a gorgeous site with incredible design & craftsmanship poured into every part! Photos truly do not do it justice. And the surprise details are part of the magic! The outdoor kitchen was perfect for making dinner. The tent was impeccably clean & comfortable with a Queen size bed & cots! The host could not possibly have offered better communication, both pre-trip, en-route and once we arrived on site to ensure we were off to a smooth start!
