Our bedding was clean and the room was very nicely arranged. There were a few things that could be improved. The lamps were discolored and the lamp shades stained. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was not working. The mirror above the desk had something on it. The closet door had a residue of something about head high. The entry door had a greasy looking imprint in an “x” on the front. The metal frame in the bathroom is rusting through the paint. This made the room a little less comfortable because of the clean factor. The breakfast variety was very good, best I’ve had in a hotel of this rating. The only real problem is that people bring their pets and there was a woman with her Great Dane in the dining room and we chose to take our breakfast up to the room because of the worry of it contaminating the food. The owner was not very attentive. Pet friendly will be something we look for in hotel reservations for the future so we may avoid animals. Hotels are becoming increasingly hard to come by that don’t cater to pets and for those of us who do not bring our pets and want to be free of the worry of guarding our food, clothing, etc. we are not pleased when we have to endure animals of others. If you are going to allow them, someone should be present to keep the owners from bringing them into the areas of food. It ruins others whole dining experience. Plus, I cannot imagine how much more difficult it becomes for the hotel staff clean up, noise complaints, etc.

staff - wonderful housekeeping- came but didn’t take all trash and didn’t replenish toilet paper room- not all outlets worked nor some of the light switches or phones in room kitchen area was nice and stocked liked the fact it was a full kitchen breakfast- was free and for free it served it’s purpose nothing spectacular bathroom- bench in accessible bathroom was a little to low to transfer dove products in bathroom a plus however it was no hand soap in bathroom overall room served it’s purpose
