Welcome to this beautiful 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home.There is Lots of space in this home for you and your family to stay. Open concept living/dining and kitchen with a porch to enjoy Colorado sunsets.

As you walk in to the home you are greeted with an open concept living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful white cabinets with quartz countertops and an island to eat breakfast at. You can cook your meals on the gas stove that even has an air fryer function. Dinning has seating for 6 people and right next to the dining area is a living area with a sofa and chair and a 45inch tv. Enjoy your time with relaxing outside on the patio or having your kiddos get some energy out in the backyard that is fenced in. The garage also has an EV charger for your use.

Upstairs has two good sized bedrooms with one full and one queen size bed. There is a full size bathroom with a Tub/shower to share. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and walk in closet. Need to clean some clothes on your trip there is also a laundry room on the second floor.

The basement will be off limits as it is used for storage for the host.
