NO ONE under the age of 25 is allowed in this house unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Families are welcome. Tenant agrees that the premises will not be occupied by minors unless an adult of 25 years of age or older is present. Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction. No Shoes allowed inside the house. On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room. Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed. Smoking is only allowed outside and Marijuana by state law is only allowed in secured areas (backyard). Care of the Premises: Tenant agrees to promptly notify Owner of any necessary repair. Tenant agrees to return premises to Owner, on expiration of this lease, in good condition.
