Place was great for a big group we had 7 couples and 15 people in total and there was plenty of space and we never had a bathroom problem. Great location and beautiful neighborhood. House was wonderful and the host left clear instructions and was good to work with! The boys of the group loved the basement with the basketball hoop and foosball table.

The property was great for our extended family who got together for our son's wedding. My only criticism would be that the checkout time of 9:30 was pretty early. I understand you need to clean, but after a late night....

We had a cousin reunion a the home most of the people were over 70. We were very impressed by the spaciousness of the house. We had 17 people in the house and there were plenty of spaces for the meals.We had group visiting in many different areas of the home. Thanks for the suggestion on overflow parking.As warm as it was, we were able to use the beautiful patio and enjoy it.

Wonderful and spacious home

Our host, David, communicated with us clearly and often which made the check-in and check-out easy. The amenities were abundant. There was so much space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The second refrigerator was very helpful for our large group of 18. The ability to park in all three garage spaces and the driveway was awesome. The surrounding area had all the conveniences a large group needs. We will surely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent stay in Westminster

This large home was an excellent choice for the 13 members of our family. It was clean and spacious and the basement recreation area was filled with with Foosball, Air Hockey and Pop-a-Shot games that kept the five children(ages 5-10) in our group occupied for hours. The kitchen was the best supplied as to cooking and eating utensils of any VRBO house we have ever rented. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again anytime.

Everything was perfect. The layout of the house allowed the teenagers to have the basement while the adults had the comfort of the rest of the home. The location is perfect and the communication with the host was top notch. Highly recommended

Perfect place for our business meeting

Seven of us stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The house was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was there. There was also plenty of room for everyone. I especially liked that we could park in the garage. Many grocery stores and restaurants were nearby, making it an ideal location for all of us. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place with eight bedrooms in a comfortable family setting.

Felt like home! Spacious and clean!

Host, David was so personable, flexible, and so prompt when answering messages/phone calls! The pictures does not do any justice for this place. It’s so spacious and clean! This house was fully stocked with whatver you may need an we truly appreciated that. We had two- 1 year olds and there were high chairs, play pens, bins of toys, books, etc. The little ones had a field day with this! David was so accommodating and made this stay so comfortable. Everything you needed, you can right here in this lovely home. The rooms were so nice! Our family consists of 9 adults and 2 children and we were all able to spread out! We definitely recommend this place!!
