Staff at check in was rude didnt confirm the amount and we were not charged the amount we booked the room for . It was $71 more . Had to have feont desk fix in the morning right before we had to catch the airport shuttle which almost made us miss it .

When I arrived, the man in front of me had had his car broken into in the parking lot. There was no hot water in the tub for a shower. Staff immediately offered me another room. I wound up showering the next morning in an adjoining room that had hot water.

Waited quite awhile to get checked in, when desk agent arrived she was on a personal call and made us wait longer. Room was very large and soaking tub was wonderful. Breakfast selection was 2 cereals, make your own waffles, breads and varity of pastries and oatmeal. Wouldve liked more of a selection for fruit and maybe yogurt. It was great to be able to walk to dining options close by for dinner.
