We missed our flight so stood waiting for over 30 mins for the van to pick us up at the airport and it was approaching 11before we were checking in. Desk agent told us breakfast was serviced from 5am to 10am. My sister went down at 9:10. Everything was put away and staff said sorry and offered her nothing to eat. She brought coffee up. I think a lone customer could have at least been offered a muffin. Not very pleased with the customer service.

Helpful customer service during power outage.

Room was spacious, had a large desk, refrigerator, microwave and sofa chair. We enjoyed the pool and the two spas - different temperatures. As we were getting ready to go to the airport at 3:30 am, the power for the whole area went out. (Not just the hotel.) As we left the room, the customer service attendant was in the hall with a flashlight checking making sure everyone was doing ok. He helped us to our car and shone the light to make sure we had the light we needed. Very attentive and helpful.

Was a clean sufficient stay for the price. When I was reading the reviews it said it was remodeled. Newer carpeting constitutes a “remodel”? I guess I was expecting more, especially in the bathroom. Definitely good for an overnight delay at the airport. Thankful for the shuttle to and from the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet, clean, new, and only 5 minutes away from my car rental place and very close to the airport. They also offered a free shuttle to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They also had a great indoor pool and fitness center. The free breakfast offered waffles, a variety of pastries and bread items. It was super clean and had a lot of seating. I would definitely stay here again.
