Beautiful Mid-Century Modern home with large private downstairs area. I LIVE UPSTAIRS but you won't see me unless you need something. A fabulous park is located across the street that everyone in the family can enjoy: roller hockey, pickle ball, skate board ramps, soccer fields, playground, picnic areas for families, walk path. There is also a water park across the street. Large, spacious basement with to 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 queen bed high top air mattresses, coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, wi-fi, tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime. 3 minutes from downtown Littleton, 5 minutes from the light rail, 5 minutes from Hudson Gardens, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Concert Venue, 20 minutes from downtown Denver. Great location!

THE SPACE
1,200 sq ft of private living space located downstairs. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with 2 queen beds. One full bathroom is located downstairs along with a wet bar, coffee bar, refrigerator and microwave. Tv and sleeper sofa located in living room and queen high top mattress available as well.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the large living area located downstairs with full access to the huge living room, 2 bedrooms located downstairs, private bathroom, wet bar with coffee, microwave and refrigerator. I LIVE UPSTAIRS.
