This modern home with historical charm has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two bedrooms on the main floor have new queen beds with memory foam mattresses, full size closets and bathroom. Main floor also, contains modern kitchen and living room with 55” TV. The lower level has a work from homework space, game room with TV and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed with memory foam mattress, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub. We have provided basic toiletries, a blow dryer, iron, hangers, laundry baskets and new washer and dryer.

Enjoy the back yard, turf grass and concrete patio. The patio features furniture, BBQ grill, fire pit and outdoor games. The house is pet friendly, we have provided doggie poop bags in the back yard along with a disposal station in the shed. We kindly ask you pick up after your doggo! We also have food and water bowls for your pup. In the shed is the garbage and recycle bin. We will happily come over each Friday to ensure trash pick up. We ask that you use the back patio for smoking of any kind, please no smoking in the home.

You will have full access to the house using the smart lock system. Private one car garage, additional parking space and plenty of on street parking for guests (please mind the street sweep days, look at surrounding signs for details) Entrance to the property is through the front door.
