Stayed Dec 23–26, 2025. Absolutely unacceptable. There was no room service, and the room was so poorly maintained that I had to purchase my own bathroom cleaner and trash bags just to keep it clean. The ice machine was not working, and basic amenities were neglected throughout the stay. At checkout, guests were forced to exit through a rear door because contractors were actively installing new flooring. There was no prior notice, no apology, and no effort to minimize disruption. To make matters worse, three days after checkout, an unauthorized $88 charge appeared on my card. This property uses the Hilton name, but it does not meet Hilton standards for cleanliness, service, or transparency. The conditions were misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend booking this property.

Everything in the hotel was newer. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Great price and location. However, there was no coffee maker or microwave in the room. You had to go to the lobby. The frig was not a frig, it was an icebox with no electricity to it and no safe. So, nice and clean at a great price but without some of the normal amenities.

My room was a mobility room with a tub. The shower did not have a detachable shower handle or a rubber nonslip mat. Also, the towels were not reachable from within the tub.

Front desk staff tried to charge me twice for room arguing and insisting I never paid. Then I got into the room that was dirty and tv wasn’t working. I was so defeated I just went to bed when I woke the following morning I went down for breakfast when there was none although t advertised. All they had was coffee and oatmeal packets which is a horrible. Every other hotel at least give you waffles and fruit milk something. This place sucks.

Terrible weekend at this property. Pillows on the bed are uncomfortable and my neck has been hurting since I stayed there. Both days I was woken up by the sound of construction and maintenence at the hotel including 8:30am on Sunday. The TV channels hardly worked either. Staff was kind.

The first room that I was in was horrible. I could hear the person in the room next to me clear as day talking on the phone. The gal at the front desk was very helpful though and put me up on the 5th floor which, seemed to be under renovations. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very dusty and dirty so I kept sneezing. I’m allergic to dust. In addition the room was just old and run down despite the obvious fresh coats of paint. I’m disappointed because the hotel is portrayed very differently on your website and had I know the real condition of this hotel, I would’ve booked my stay elsewhere. I will not be back to this hotel under any circumstances.
