This place was perfect – exactly as described! The house was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, just like the backyard. 5 stars also go to the host, Elizabet, who was super helpful, friendly, and always available if we needed anything. The area feels a little sketchy a few streets over, but the neighborhood itself is overall fine. I would definitely book again without hesitation!

The location was perfect for us, just minutes from our appointments at UCHealth, which made everything so convenient.One of our favorite parts of the property was the cozy outdoor space. The gas fire pit created a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after long days.The host was fantastic—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We’d absolutely stay here again!
