During your stay, you'll enjoy complete privacy in the lower level of our home, which features its own secure entrance for easy and convenient access. The only shared area is the stairway that leads to our laundry and brew room, which we may need to access occasionally. Otherwise, the entire garden-level space is yours to relax, unwind, and make yourself at home—we hope you find it to be a cozy and welcoming retreat!

For parking, there is free street parking available. We kindly ask that you avoid parking in the driveway or in front of our neighbors’ driveways to ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone.

On weekends, we may occasionally use the brew room (which also serves as our laundry room) for brewing beer. If you happen to be sensitive to the smell of beer early in the morning, just let us know—we’re happy to adjust our brewing schedule to suit your preferences.

The individual making the reservation must be the guest staying with us for the duration of the booking. Additionally, please note that our space is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests with two queen beds. For parties of up to six, the sofa bed is available; however, it may feel a bit snug. We kindly ask that you do not exceed six guests, as this is the maximum capacity for our property. Should additional guests arrive beyond the original reservation, an extra fee will be applied for each unregistered person. Thank you for understanding and helping us ensure a comfortable experience for everyone!

Additionally, there is alcohol on the premises available for our 21 and older guests to enjoy! Please note that the primary guest booking with us must be 21 years or older and is responsible for ensuring all individuals under the age of 21 comply with this policy.
